1. Can I buy Biankha products from any other outlet?

- Yes, you can buy Biankha products from any of the Black Pound Day stores in Westfield London.

2.  Are Biankha dolls safe for children?

- Of course all of our Biankha dolls are safe.  You should always look for the CE mark to ensure any item is safe to use for children.  You will find our CE mark on both the outer box and printed on Biankha’s body.

3.  Are Biankha dolls suitable for all ages?

-We do not recommend Biankha dolls to under 3 years of age due to her small removable parts.  However, all our products are suitable for all ages with adult supervision.

4. When will the animation be arriving?

- We have nearly completed our pilot episode and can't wait to share it with you.

5. Do you offer a discount on wholesale orders?
